She was raised in County Meath, Ireland, with a family of four sisters.
She attended school in Dunshaughlin, Meath and went on to study Business at Dublin Institute of Technology.
Before moving into TV she worked as a stylist and journalist, working for Tatler, Grazia, U Magazine and Sunday Times Style Magazine.
