Pregnant Binky ‘could film scenes for Made In Chelsea with new baby’ and on-off boyfriend Josh Patterson as co-stars celebrate the shock news
MUM-to-be Binky Felstead is considering putting her baby in front of the cameras on Made In Chelsea.
Friends of the star claim the 26-year-old is mulling over the idea of having her unborn child feature on the hit E4 show after she gives birth later this year.
Binky, whose real name is Alexandra, announced she was expecting her first child with her on-off boyfriend Josh ‘JP’ Patterson on Sunday night.
An insider told the : “Binky is set to return to MIC, She will be filming parts of her pregnancy throughout the next series.
“She has grown up on the show and wanted to share such an important time with viewers.
“At this stage, she doesn’t know how the baby will feature when born, there is still lots to talk about.
“She only filmed scenes telling the cast on Sunday night, it’s been so hard keeping it secret and she’s so happy and relieved to now be able to share the good news.”
Speaking about the happy news, Binky and JP told Hello: “It’s obviously been a huge shock to both of us.
“This is a new start and a new chapter in our lives.”
While Binky and JP aren’t together at the moment, the pair are planning to work through their relationship and co-parent as best they can.
Binky continued: “I want to be a little family, to be honest. But I’m going to be OK either way.
“Whatever happens, this baby is not going to be affected.
“And I know Josh will be part of the baby’s life whether we are together or not. We are a unit now.”
Binky’s co-stars rallied around the pregnant star after she made the news public, with many of them going online to congratulate her.
Alex Mytton tweeted: “Mahhooooosive congrats to @BinkyFelstead and @Josh__JP on their news…”
Stephanie Pratt couldn’t hide her excitement either, telling her followers: “BEST YEAR EVER!”
On Monday Binky shared a sweet picture with her Made In Chelsea co-stars Stephanie, Louise Thompson and Rosie Fortescue touching her bump.
She wrote next to the picture: “So I told my girls last night for the first time whilst filming for the new series…
“All very surreal and exciting but also its amazing to share with all of you seeing as I have grown up on this show and had a lovely loyal following since day 1. So thank you.”
