Fifth Harmony get stuck in to rehearsals as a foursome after Camila Cabello’s shock exit
FIFTH Harmony shared a group selfie from their first rehearsal as a foursome Saturday, following Camila Cabello’s shock departure from the band last month.
Posting the snap on Instagram, the girls captioned the snap: “Back on the rehearsal grind. Let’s do this.”
The Work From Home singers are preparing for their first official performance without Camila, at the 2017 People’s Choice Awards in Los Angeles on Wednesday.
The band, created by Simon Cowell on X Factor USA in 2012, won the People’s Choice Award for favourite group in 2016, and are up for the same prize this year.
Camila, 19, sensationally quit Fifth Harmony to pursue a solo career in mid-December, amid rumours she hadn’t given her bandmates any warning.
Lauren Jauregui, 20, Ally Brooke, 23, Normani Kordei, 20, and Dinah Jane, 19, said they’d been told of Camila’s decision through her reps, a claim Camila denied in an emotional post on Twitter.
The remaining members recently released their first official promo photo as a four-piece on Instagram, captioning the shot: “Twenty Seventeen.”
They’re planning to release the third Fifth Harmony album later this year, while Camila is expected to drop her first single in the spring.
