Will Smith’s son Jaden reveals he’s quit LA after doing ‘stupid bad things’
He also confessed to his actor dad he felt he had 'failed' in a candid Instagram message
WILL Smith's son Jaden confessed he was QUITTING the LA lifestyle in an emotional video where the downbeat teen confessed to his actor dad he had "failed".
The rapper looked troubled and preoccupied in his dismal Instagram Live clip, which he filmed with a pal in a car after failing his driving test.
With the camera lens held down below his chin Jaden, 18, firstly referred to his afternoon's disappointment and said: "It's gonna be so funny to tell my dad I failed straight up," without the slightest hint of humour on his face.
Yet the budding rapper and young actor, who first starred in Hollywood alongside his dad in flick The Pursuit of Happiness, swiftly moved onto candid confessions about his future and a host of thoughts which had been preoccupying his mind.
Wearing a red hoodie and running his hands across his face in a troubled manner he said: "Everybody follow your heart OK - you know what I'm saying?
"Do exactly what you want to do, be who you want to be.
"I'm about to move out of LA. There's a lot of bad things here. Create the life that you want for yourself.
"Don't try to be somebody else. It's hard these days to really create the life you want for yourself because there's nobody really here that's like supporting the youth or the youth's creativity and the things that we want to do and how they want to live life.
"There's no supporting us in this way."
After ruing the lack of support on offer from the town he promised his fans on social media: "'At the end of 2017, I'm gonna do some dope, some really, really dope, inspirational stuff that's beyond just music and clothes."
Though his upbeat spirit didn't last long.
Sniffling away the Karate Kid star mused: "Sometimes I just wish, I dunno. This is crazy.
"Why aren't scientist Instagram live-ing, why am I?
"Why aren't people Instagram live-ing about curing cancer?"
He rounded off with: "Nothing about this life makes any sense.
"Why aren't we Instagram live-ing about saving people's lives. We Instagram to escape."
The child star has dabbled in acting, songwriting and dancing as well as rapping and is believed to be worth around £6million.

It's not the first time kooky Jaden has used social media to share his philosophical words of wisdom.
He has previously posted deep Twitter messages quizzing: "What Is The Definition Of 'Light," as well as "Dying Is MainStream #MONEY" and "You Can Discover Everything You Need To Know About Everything By Looking At Your Hands."
Last year Jaden was also forced to prove he was ALIVE after a sick Facebook hoak claiming he had committed suicide.
In the thumbnail on Facebook, Jaden can be seen looking red eyes and sad looking with a caption underneath that reads: “This is for you Dad”.
Pranksters who faked the story then used the US news site CNN in their title in a bid to give the story a level of credibility.
The headline claims that the star had hung himself after making a goodbye video on his phone.
In fact, the star was alive and well and is due to front his own Netflix series, The Get-Down, which was released at the end of last year.
