What's it about?

The celebrities have attempted to completely eliminate sugar from their diet over the course of two weeks.

The regime hasn't only involved ditching the obvious sugars found in chocolate, biscuits and cakes - it also includes natural sugars, found in fruit and syrups.

At the same time they have been going cold turkey on refined carbs, processed fats and cheap meat, and they have been trying to get to grips with a diet containing lentils, vegetables and whole grains.

Withdrawal symptoms from sugar can include irritability, headaches and aches and pains - one celebrity was carted off by paramedics on just the second day!

The show is not only aimed at those who are clinically obese - some of them may appear to be relatively fit and healthy on the outside, but do not eat healthily.

They all have a reliance on processed and unhealthy food in common, and will be taught to cook from scratch with natural ingredients.

During their stay, the celebs have been put to work on the farm to earn their share of the healthy wholesome food - which has presented a bit of a problem for some.
