In the photograph, beaming Rosie, 32, showed off her bump in figure-hugging sportswear and placed a hand on her tum.

Joe, 38, revealed she is 20 weeks pregnant and wrote: "Baby number 4 incoming."

Their friends and fans were delighted with Jamie Oliver's wife Jools writing: "Yay so excited for you all the happiest news."

One fan said: "Huge congratulations to you all, Joe!"

Body Coach Joe and former glamour girl Rosie welcomed their third child, Leni, in September 2022 - a sister for daughters Indie, five, and Marley, four.

The smitten star calls his wife his "dream girl" and admitted to swooning over her magazine shoots long before he met her.

The pair then hit it off at a rave where Joe's friend was DJing, first becoming friends and then lovers.

He said: “It was perfect timing. I’d started to have a bit of success – I actually met her the day before my first book came out, so she’s been with me from the beginning.

“I was 30, she wanted someone who was committed and I knew early on that I wanted to spend my life with her."

Fitness guru Joe balances being a hands on dad with running his ever-expanding business empire.

The multi-millionaire has 11 best-selling books to his name and 4.5million Instagram followers.

He loves nothing more than keeping active with his kids but occasionally comes under fire for pushing parenting boundaries in the eyes of some.

Last week followers were gobsmacked after he and Marley did chin-ups in their home gym.

Joe proudly watched as the youngster dangled from the bar, comfortably holding his own body weight.

Babies are in fact born with a monkey-strength grip, call the Palmer grasp, which means they can support themselves.

However, the video was still shocking for some.

"One slip and the kid is crashing to the floor", one commented beneath his post.

Another said: "Am I the only one holding my breath. One wrong slip of the hand and the boy is seriously injured."

And a third said: "It's lovely but if he falls he is going to break his head on that bar."

However, most of Joe's fans were full of wonder and praise.

Another said: "Marley can do more pull ups than me!"
