ED Westwick is engaged to his Bollywood star girlfriend Amy Jackson.

The British actor, 36, best known for his role as Chuck Bass in Gossip Girl, got down on one knee on a bridge in Switzerland.

The pair shared a series of pictures of the romantic moment with the simple caption: "Hell YES," followed by a ring emoji.

They were quickly congratulated by fans and their celebrity pals, including Abbey Clancy, who wrote: "Congratulations beautiful."

Emma Thynn added, "Congratulations," while Aston Merrygold said, "Congrats guys!!! Amazing."

Hugo Taylor, Laura Whitmore, and Rosie Fortescue were among the celebs who sent their best wishes too.

The London-native has been dating Amy since December 2021.

Since finding worldwide fame in The CW teen drama, he has starred in the comedy series White Gold and also featured in 2021's Me You Madness.

Amy, 31, continues to carve out her future in Indian cinema, having made a name for herself in the Asian country.

The Manx star is a familiar face among local film buffs for her work in Hindi and south Indian films.

Her most notable recent roles have been in The Villian and 2.0, both released in 2018.

The spouses-to-be recently gave fans a tour of their incredible newly-built US mansion with their adorable dog Humphrey.

Ed explained that the renovations of the stunning property have been the "biggest project of his life".

Their followers were left in awe of the property.
