Chloe Madeley savages reality TV stars who ‘pile on the pounds before dropping them again for weight loss DVD deals’
The model regularly promotes her fitness lines following a complete body transformation, and has hit out at yo-yo dieters for "sending the wrong message"
CHLOE Madeley has hit out at reality TV stars who she claims pile on the pounds before quickly losing them again to gain fitness DVD deals.
The 29-year-old daughter of TV couple Richard Madeley and Judy Finnigan has slammed 'yo-yo dieters', insisting they are sending the "wrong message" by ignoring healthy fitness regimes.
While Chloe failed to name the reality stars she's referring to, she launched into a passionate rant - before pushing the importance of a healthy lifestyle.
"It's absolutely disgusting how these reality stars think they can get fat and then thin quickly for money," she told the Daily Star.
"Honestly, when I see those fad diets it makes me furious.
"It's so obvious as well. One minute they are stuffing burgers down their face in an unflattering bikini on the beach and then, like magic, six weeks later they are three stone lighter."
There have been a whole host of stars bringing out fitness DVDs in recent years, with everyone from Geordie Shore stars Charlotte Crosby and Vicky Pattison, to Towie beauties and musicians undergoing dramatic body transformations.
Chloe has made a career for herself away from her famous parents Richard and Judy's shadow, having transformed her figure with a strict health and fitness regime.
She has since launched her own fitness app, and describes it as a "substantial nutrition food bible".
Meanwhile, the star gushed about her relationship with boyfriend James Haskell, and admitted she's embraced a quieter village life after moving in together.
It comes after Chloe revealed she had given her toned body a "break" during the Christmas period.
Standing in front of the mirror and showing off her still taut tum, Chloe said she was “surprised” at home much her body changed during just one week of indulgence.
She explained: “Current state of it, 137lbs – no, I don't have abs year round.
“It's no secret that I don’t watch what I eat over Christmas, or when I'm on holiday, and even after four years, I’m still surprised at the damage I can do within a week.”
It’s not going to be long until the super-fit personal trainer is back to feeling her best however.
Chloe explained: “The next eight weeks for me will look like this - follow my #eating plan, follow my #training plan, and see what I can do.”
The 29-year-old has turned her body into a temple in recent years, regularly showing off her incredible muscle tone and definition.
Chloe works incredibly hard to achieve her results, training six days a week.

She’s previously admitting its “exhausting” trying to keep in peak condition.
She told Closer Magazine: “Most professionals prep their bodies like that twice a year but for the past four years I’ve been doing it every couple of months.
“After a while your body stops responding as much as it’s physically and mentally exhausting.
“My aim is just to get a bit more balance back.
“I will still be eating clean but I’ll be training once a day instead of twice. I just need to let my body find a happy medium.”
