The former Big Brother star had 6lbs of her skin removed after losing an incredible seven stone through diet and exercise.

On this weekend's Channel 5 show, Josie opens about her body, and the apron of skin that she was left with.

She says: "I spent so many years either being obese or having this skin, now I feel all that bad energy has been cut away and my life has just begun.

"This is the size I am meant to be."

Gushing about new look, Josie said: "Now there's the belly I have always wanted my entire life looking back at me.
"I can't wait to get back in the gym and get a proper set of abs as now they will show."
The reality TV star, who is currently training to take part in Channel 4's The Jump, said she hated her stomach before the operation.

She complained: "I can lift the skin on my belly up to my nips, I call it my belly blanket, I look like I have had four babies, I don't want to look like that anymore."

She said the skin that hung from her stomach after she lost seven stone by clean eating and doing lots of High Intensity Fitness Training made her still feel unhappy about her appearance after all the work she put in to fight the flab.

Meanwhile, Josie recently admitted on Loose Women that she felt “depressed" after the procedure.

She said: “I couldn’t stop crying, I was crying my eyes out.

“You get quite depressed after surgery, you don’t realise how much you do when you get told to slow down.”

Before she appeared on the show, the show's Jane Moore and Nadia Sawalha held up a piece of pizza dough that weighed the same amount as Josie's excess skin - an incredible 6lbs.

Josie also opened up about the procedure – which was filming for Channel 5’s Botched Bodies – in a recent issue of New! magazine.

She said: “I was so nervous, because I was on my own.

“Then I woke up and I looked down and could just see flatness.

“I was like ‘Whoa! I can see my vagina in full vision!’”

The pretty blonde – who now can’t wait to wear a bikini – continued: “I’ve had 6lbs of skin cut away! But I’m probably several pounds heavier than I was because I’ve not done any exercise.

“I was 10 10lbs before the operation and now I’m 11st 5lb. And I reckon I am a big size 12.”

Josie was warned not to get a tummy tuck if she was planning on having children but the star who is in a ‘complicated’ relationship with former fiancé Luke Sanwo decided to take the risk.

She said: “I thought ‘What if I don’t ever have any children?’ They’re not on the menu. It’s like waiting around for a steak when you’re in a vegetarian restaurant.”

The Bristolian beauty revealed she was planning a tummy tuck during an appearance on Loose Women earlier this year.

“I have been left with all this skin,” she told the panel. “The only thing I can do with it is cut it away.
