PASCAL Craymer showed off her amazing body, as she enjoyed some much needed winter sun.
The former Towie babe revealed her toned figure as she spent a day at the beach, while on holiday in Tenerife.
Wearing a , the reality babe's athletic figure was on full display, and also showed off her impressive cleavage.
The sexy two piece, which is embroidered with white flowers, was a bargain buy that Pascal picked up for just £15.
She looked happy as she splashed about in the sea, only stopping to relax on the shore.
She wore her brown locks loose and in waves, and looked every inch the beach babe.
Meanwhile, she recently spoke exclusively to The Sun about how she was bullied at school for being flat-chested due to her gymnast figure and as soon as she was old enough to have a boob job she "didn’t think twice".
She said: “I had them done about five years ago and now I really regret it. I look so out of proportion. I hate it.
“I went from a 34B to a 34DD. If I could go back to totally natural I would, but it’s not going to be possible.”

The Essex girl thinks The Kardashian clan are partly to blame. She said: “When you watch the Kardashians it makes you want to have your lips and face and almost everything done!”
“Kim K is famous for a certain thing but in our world and reality, when you want to settle down and have kids, that’s not natural.”
