East End tough guy showed his more feminine side for a new episode of the TV show
TOUGH guy Danny Dyer has shown his softer side by donning drag to dress up as Amy Winehouse for an epic performance on Lip Sync Battle.
The EastEnders star wore the late singer's trademark beehive along with a tight red dress, high heels and plenty of eye-liner for the showstopping moment.
The tough guy actor mimes along to one of Amy's most famous hits in the new episode of the popular TV show.
Danny even sported fake tattoos and held a cigarette in one hand in homage to the tragic pop star.
At one point, he even sits at a bar and raises a glass to Amy, who died of alcohol poisoning in 2012 at the age of 27.
Danny is seen sitting on a bar stool with his legs open, flashing his underwear to the audience.
Danny, who takes on Craig Revel Horwood as Britney Spears, told The Sun of his performance on the show: “I was born to do this — to be a rock star.
“There’s no way in the world I will lose to Craig f*****g Revel Horwood.
"Of course he’s my enemy tonight and he always will be.
"It’s over for the geezer.
“I’m sure as he gets onto the stage his a*** is going to open and flap.”
During the show, Danny also lip synced to a song by Kasabian.
