Bear, 33, is set to be released after serving 11 months. He has apparently vowed to stay away from social media and his previous wild antics when he gets out.
A source told The Sun: "Stephen has served his time – and he’s due out of prison in the next few weeks.
"However, he’s been telling pals he's not the same man that went into prison.
“There will be no hopping back on to social media or rolling straight back into the nearest nightclub when he gets out, he says he just wants to get back to east London and his family.

Bear was previously found guilty of voyeurism and two counts of disclosing private, sexual photographs and films after uploading the video to OnlyFans in 2020.
He was sentenced to 21 months last March and was expecting to be released halfway through the sentence this January on license, in accordance with guidelines for sentences less than two years.
Bear filmed the consensual sex on CCTV then made at least £40,000 on the adult site from uploading the clip.
It’s not known how Bear will make a living once he’s released.
His pad in Loughton, Essex, was put on the market at £500,000 in the summer and has now been sold to pay off his debts.
The reality TV star was earning less than a fiver a week after getting a job packaging tea and coffee for fellow inmates behind bars at HMP Chelmsford.
He was then moved to HMP Brixton, a Category C prison, where he was earning £8 a week working in the prison gym.
Bear's girlfriend OnlyFans star Jessica Smith, who had vowed to stand by him while he was in prison, dumped him back in September.
She had been filming her visits to see Bear and posting about how much she missed him.
Bear is said to have “cried for days” when she ditched him over the phone and was bombarding her with letters begging for a reconciliation.
Friends of the model say she has already moved on and has been seeing a tattooed doppelganger of the star called Josh.
