Inside Lily Allen and David Harbour’s romantic Indian holiday as they prove romance is back on track
LILY Allen and David Harbour have confirmed their romance is very much back on, after jetting off on a romantic holiday to India to welcome in the New Year.
The couple were hit by rumours of trouble in paradise last autumn after she unfollowed her Stranger Things actor husband on Instagram amid claims they were leading separate lives.
They had spent months apart as she appeared in the play The Pillowman on London’s West End while he was back in the US.
However, they have firmly rekindled their relationship after heading off on the trip as guests of Jaipur’s royal family.
They were invited to an evening alongside Dua Lipa and other dignitaries at the royal residence, City Palace, on New Year’s Eve.
A source said: “Lily and David had a really romantic holiday together exploring the sites of India.

“They went to Delhi and Jaipur and even went on a safari looking for tigers.
“It gave them some quality time together which was needed after a tough year where they were apart for long periods of time for work.
“That’s enough to put a strain on any relationship but now that they aren’t separated by the Atlantic, things are much better.”
But with David expected to commence months’ worth of shooting for the fifth and final series of Stranger Things within days, they better make the most of their time together while they can.

They put on a show of solidarity in December when they attended the launch of the West End play Stranger Things: The First Shadow together.
The couple got married in 2020 after meeting on the celebrity dating app Raya.
Lily, who has two daughters from her first marriage, relocated to New York with her kids where she now lives with David.
Speaking about her future plans last year, she said: “Acting is what I’m doing at the moment, it’s a big thing in recovery that you take one day at a time and you don’t try to have any grand aspirations too far down the line, because that’s what gets you into trouble.
“I do think I’ll do music again. But I think I can do it on my own terms now. I’m not in a space where I can write yet, but I think that’ll reveal itself at some point.”
