Tickets sold like hot cakes, but I’m Ready For It.

July
KASABIAN launch their huge homecoming Summer Solstice II gig at Victoria Park in Leicester on Saturday, July 6.
An excited press release announced: “We are truly honoured to be playing Victoria Park in our beloved hometown, with all our people, for Summer Solstice II.
“We cannot wait to get out there and play the biggest party of the summer with you all. See you in the mosh pit.”
It will be the first time the group have performed there without former frontman Tom Meighan, who left in July 2020.
September
SCOTTISH rockers Texas kick off their Best Of tour at Birmingham’s Utilia Arena on September 13, with epic frontwoman Sharleen Spiteri.
BOBBY BRAZIER’s gran Jackiey Budden will finally see him dance live – on the Strictly tour that kicks off next month.
The mum of late reality TV star Jade Goody, who has had a long-running feud with Bobby’s dad Jeff, told me: “It will be wonderful to see him live and I’ll be there to finally support him and cheer him on.
"Hopefully he’ll perform the dance he did in tribute to Jade, because I’d love to see that.
“It would mean so much to me”
Jackiey added: “He did so well on Strictly and it made me so proud.”
It comes after Bobby competed in the TV dance contest with pro partner Dianne Buswell, performing his tear-jerking couple’s choice in tribute to his mum Jade.
It’ll get a 10 from Jackiey.
VICTORIA BECKHAM sells lip liner for £24, but fellow Wag Abbey Clancy relies on a High Street brand at a fraction of the cost.
The model-turned-presenter who is married to Peter Crouch, swears by Rimmel’s £3.99 offering.
She said: “I’ve been using the same lip liner for 20-odd years – it’s Rimmel Cappuccino.
“I rub my lips together and it gives you a natural tone.”
On her Therapy Couch podcast, Abbey, who, with her hubby, is worth £25million, added: “When I see them in the shop I buy all of them, because they’re like bloody gold dust.”
Stause for the house?
SELLING Sunset’s Chrishell Stause is lined up for the first ITV Celebrity Big Brother.
I can reveal the Netflix reality favourite is being wooed by a rumoured £100,000 contract to leave LA for Blighty this spring.
A TV source said: “She’s feisty, fun and not afraid to speak her mind, which is exactly what they want for the upcoming series.
“Chrishell is a reality TV pro, with a stash of Selling Sunset seasons under her belt, so should take it all in her stride. It would be great if she opened up about her personal life on camera too.”
Chrishell split from actor hubby Justin Hartley in 2021, before a romance with co-star Jason Oppenheim.
Soon after breaking up with the property boss, Chrishell fell for non-binary rapper G Flip and the couple married last May.
It will be interesting to see how she gets on with Sarah Ferguson, who is also in the frame.
A Big Brother spokesman said: “Any names are purely speculation.”
Ricky: I’m off L.A.
RICKY GERVAIS branded Hollywood A-listers “a rude bunch”, despite being nominated for a Golden Globe next month.
The comic, who hosted the ceremony five times, has the nod for his special, Armageddon, in the Best Stand-Up Comedian on Television category.
But he blasted: “I’m over LA, I’m over all of it.”
Talking of his 2020 roast to actors present that year, who included Brad Pitt and J-Lo, he said: “It was a gradual risk, I started doing it so they’d listen, as they’re a rude bunch.”
He added on the Memory Lane podcast: “They don’t want to see you, they want to win an award.”
Hana’s New Year toast
IT seems model Hana Cross has something to get off her chest.
The fashionista and ex-girlfriend of Brooklyn Beckham posted a cryptic comment while holidaying on Caribbean island St Barts.
Hana posted: “She’s coming for you, let's go 2024.”
It comes after Hana, who split from the Beckhams’ eldest son in 2019, said she was suffering from panic attacks last autumn.
She made the revelation while volunteering in Africa at a wildlife reserve and added: “Sometimes you have to take a step back before you can move forward.
“I’ve been suffering with bad anxiety over the past few years and this is truly a place that has helped me mentally reset and grow.”
A pal tells me: “She’s finally considering setting the record straight about her personal life.”
Rita's got it covered
WITH her stunning body, I don’t blame Rita Ora for prancing around half-naked a lot.
But tonight the singer has insisted she will most definitely keep her clothes on.
She has got a huge US TV gig hosting ABC’s New Year’s Eve coverage alongside Ryan Seacrest from Times Square in New York.
The temperature is expected to be just above freezing.
Rita, pictured ahead of the event in a frill-trimmed yellow overcoat, is planning several outfit changes with clothes that are bulkier than normal for her.

She revealed: “I think it will probably be thermals underneath and then cool coats, really cool coats.”
There will be performances from Ellie Goulding, Bebe Rexha, Green Day and Post Malone.
