Emma Willis on renewing her wedding vows, her ideal CBB contestants, and Nicole Scherzinger’s enviable bum
COUPLES who get together on Big Brother don’t have a tendency to stick together — but show host EMMA WILLIS has had more luck than any former housemates.
Now the TV beauty and her BUSTED star husband MATT WILLIS are planning to celebrate their tenth wedding anniversary by renewing their vows.
As she took the reins of my Bizarre column for the day, Emma revealed details of the couple’s romantic plot for the first time.
It will take place at their original wedding venue, Rushton Hall in Northants.
She said: “ I want to go back to where we got married, renew our vows and have a wedding party where everybody that attends who is, or has been, married, wears whatever they got married in.
“Brides never get to wear their wedding dresses again, so all brides get to wear their wedding dress. If you’ve not been married but you’ve been a bridesmaid, you’ve got to wear your bridesmaids dress and all of the grooms wear their suits.”
Emma is the most in-demand woman on telly.
Tonight she will be back on Channel 5 as the new series of Celebrity Big Brother kicks off, before fronting the new-look series of The Voice on Saturday following its move to ITV.
But she still made time in her packed schedule to fill in for me at Bizarre HQ, where she spilled the beans about her life on and off the screen.
She explained that the eldest of her and Matt’s three children — seven-year-old daughter Isabelle — is behind her and Matt’s decision to renew their vows.
Isabelle wasn’t born when the couple tied the knot in 2008 and is desperate to be part of their big day this time.
Emma explained: “That’s what I’ve always said I would do. Now my daughter keeps going, ‘Are you and daddy going to get married again? And what would I do? Would I be a bridesmaid?’
“So that’s what I want to do. It would be great.”
Despite being the busiest woman on the box, her bond with Matt — who she met while working on MTV — could not be stronger.
She gushed: “I love him, he is my favourite man. He makes me laugh and I fancy him still and he is a big old goofball. He is sporadic and bonkers and I want to be with him.
“My bar for marriage is my parents. They’re still together after 40-odd years. That’s what I strive for.”
Here she gives her take on NICOLE SCHERZINGER’S bum and discusses future babies.
On having more kids...
AFTER giving birth to her third child, daughter Trixie last May, Emma admitted she’s done having kids – especially as both her and hubby Matt are each one of three siblings.
She said: “My body needs to stop now. Yes, that’s it.
“I’m from a three, Matt’s from a three – that’s not why we had three but I did say last year, if we did have a third, I would like to do it by the time I’m 40, and I did.”
But she won’t be ordering Matt down to the doctors to ensure there are no surprise pregnancies.
Emma said with a laugh: “I don’t think Matt would ever let me tell him any such thing. Three’s a good number. We’re outnumbered officially. Three’s a handful.”
On social media...
“ON social media you always get somebody negative. It gives people the licence to be what they call ‘honest’, even though it’s hurtful. I have had a couple of really horrible ones. I can imagine how it would get to people.”
On Celebrity Big Brother...
EMMA wants Celebrity Big Brother bosses to pay tribute to the show’s late stars PETE BURNS and DAVID GEST when it kicks off this evening.
The Dead Or Alive frontman and the American entertainer both passed away in 2016.
She said: “What a year. I think it would be really nice if they did pay tribute. Pete Burns was always absolutely brilliant in there. David Gest as well.”
During a Facebook Live from Bizarre HQ – which you can watch back at – she also revealed she is desperate to see former stars SPENCER PRATT and HEIDI MONTAG – known collectively as “Speidi” – to return to the house.
Emma said: “There’s lots of chat about Speidi going back in. They were so brilliant the first time as being that sort of panto villain where you didn’t really know if it was real or not real.
“They kind of kept us all guessing. Even after they left you didn’t know what they’d just done, or whether it was true or just for the show.
“It’s quite interesting to find out what people who have been in there before would do second time around.”
Emma’s BB colleague RYLAN tuned in live to the Facebook stream, where she backed him to return to the house and win the show for the second time.
She added: “Probably Rylan would win it again if he went back in. He’s a massive part of the Big Brother family.
“He’s done incredibly well with his career and his life afterwards, he’s an awesome host of Bit On The Side and everyone who loves Big Brother loves Rylan.
“So it would be a given that he’d win it if he went back in. I’d pick up the phone and vote for him!”

On The Voice...
THE presenter can’t wait for The Voice to begin in its new home on ITV from Saturday – and hopes the talent show will finally create a long-term superstar.
She said: “The record label has been involved from the very beginning of this series and it has have been hands-on throughout the whole process.
“WILL.I.AM is really desperate to create a star because he has been on every single series from the very beginning. He is really desperate for that to happen.
“But saying that, it takes time. It’s very rare that it’s an overnight success.
“And when you’re SIMON COWELL, you can create lots of things and positivity and ONE DIRECTION being massive. We don’t have somebody like that.
“It’s a lot of building and a lot of hard work. Not that it’s not hard work on The X Factor too, but people who were on the first few series of The Voice are now coming into their own and doing stuff, that’s because it takes years of working, it’s not just a given.
“Hopefully this time, maybe, it will happen a bit quicker, maybe it will happen instantly, you just don’t know.”
On career aspirations...
“THE Brit Awards is a hard show to host because you’ve got viewers at home, a load of fans at the top and a load of drunk people on the floor who are not listening. To have the Brits on my CV would be amazing.”

EMMA’s drinking partner is her Heart FM co-host STEPHEN MULHERN.
She said: “You will not have a better night out.
“I was with him, JOEL DOMMETT and MARVIN HUMES. We’d all had a few so we were like, ‘Karaoke!’
“We went to a place with a box of dressing-up stuff. Stephen had a clown wig on and he was so drunk he fell asleep on Marv’s lap.
“He bust a few tunes but the funniest part was Marv was so shocked seeing Stephen that way.
“Stephen’s gonna kill me . . .”

"KENDALL JENNER is one of the most beautiful models around at the minute.
"She is pretty on trend because this whole negligée thing that KATE MOSS did originally in the Nineties is huge.
"This is a young, gorgeous girl going out on New Year’s Eve in an outfit that I could only dream of wearing.
"I was 17 when I started modelling. I had a brilliant time but after ten years I needed to do something different and I wanted to do something different, so I did."

“NICOLE SCHERZINGER is just incredibly beautiful.
“Look at her – she doesn’t have a stitch of make-up on.
“Everyone spends their New Year in different ways; Nicole is in Hawaii.
“I love being in the cold for Christmas and New Year, but then I see these pictures once New Year comes and I think, ‘I need to go on holiday’, and it just makes me work really hard to earn money to go on holiday.
“It makes me really jealous, but it inspires me at the same time.
“This is a fridge picture for me. That should be my inspiration. This is what I aim to get this year – a holiday and a bum that’s as smooth as Nicole’s.”
