‘It’s better if it happens under my roof’ says Katie Price as she reveals parenting decision with daughter Princess, 16

The former glamour model admitted that she thinks back to the time when she was the same age as Princess

KATIE Price has revealed the rules that she sets for her kids when it comes to relationships in her house.

16-year-old Princess first went public with her boyfriend in June 2023, and fans have since kept up-to-date with the budding romance.

Katie, 45, opened up on her home life and her relationship with her kids to Jamie Laing, 35, on his Private Parts podcast.

Talking about her festive plans, she told the former Made In Chelsea star: "Princess and her boyfriend and coming up with me for the weekend," declared the former I'm A Celebrity star.

Jamie interjected: "Princess has a boyfriend!"

Katie then continued: "I know, Ed. He's alright actually. I watch them, and they argue, then they laugh.

"They argue like proper little teenagers, they're both like jealous of each other and it's 'oh shut up you two!'

"They are funny together, they're like a little married couple."

Katie admitted that her ground rules are based on her own actions and positioning when she was the same as as her daughter.

The former glamour model explained: "Because what you what I think parents have to do is revert back to when you was their age.

"So I'm quite an open mum, they know the rules to a point where I say no.

"But I'd rather things happen under my roof than someone else's. I'd rather my kids be at home.

"Yeah, that's what I'm like, i'm quite easy, i'm an easygoing mum, but they know when I really mean no.

Jamie concurred: "Yeah, because you've got boundaries in place, but you're liberal in between," and the Mucky Mansion personality was in full agreement.
