Slimline Frankie Essex shows off the results of her fantastic two and a half stone weight loss on the beach in Tenerife
Reality star has worked hard to get in shape in the last year and proudly showed off her curves while on holiday
FRANKIE Essex was pretty in pink as she took to the beach in Tenerife to show off her brilliant two and a half stone weight loss.
The Towie star has worked hard in the last year to drop the weight via a combination of intensive workout sessions and healthy eating.
While enjoying some winter sun in the Canary Islands, Frankie showed off her curves in a bright pink one-piece which featured a criss cross lace up detailed front.
As Frankie played with a bat and ball in the sea, she also showed off her pert posterior and cut out detailing on the back of her swimsuit.
After initially playing the game with her hair hanging loosely around her shoulders, Frankie piled it up on top of her head in a bun to help her catch a tan.
The 28-year-old was clearly in high spirits during her post-Christmas vacation, as she messed around at the waters edge, pulling funny poses and faces while still looking glam.
Frankie's hard work has paid off so much she managed to land her own fitness DVD deal which launched in October, and she recently hit out at her rivals producing similar products.
The star said viewers can really see her 'sweat' while others look picture perfect in well-lit studios.
However, as similar DVDs flood the market following the over-indulgence at Christmas, Frankie says her one is a cut above the rest.
When asked what sets her apart from her counterparts, such as I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here winner Scarlett Moffatt, Frankie told The Sun Online that "mine is completely different to everyone else's".
She continued: "We filmed it in Greece and the scenery is just beautiful.
"There are no stops either, we work out for the full 20 minutes - we don't stop and start and you can tell because the sun sets behind me while we're doing it.
"I wanted it to be as real as possible so you can really see me sweat.
"I didn't want it to be in an air conditioned studio with loads of lighting, I wanted it to be real."
