Helen Flanagan reveals she had one-night stand and got ghosted in very honest post about dating after Scott Sinclair

HELEN Flanagan has confessed candid details about her chaotic dating life.

The mum of three has admitted to having a one-night stand and being ghosted after trying to meet someone new.

Helen, 33, split from her fiancé Scott Sinclair in October last year after 13 years together.

She chose today to share a video including screenshots showing the names of men she’s dated this year.

Introducing “the men of 2023”, Helen saved her dates in her phone under nicknames including: “Too obsessed with their dog, ruined my mental health.

“My ghoster. Dead chat. Complicated X. Dead chat 2.

“My One Night Stand.”

Helen told fans: “After 13 years of being wifed off, I’ve spent this year trying to find myself and start dating again.

“Let’s just say it’s been an experience…”

She added: “In conclusion we’re hoping for a better 2024.”

Helen and her ex Scott, 34, are both committed to co-parenting Matilda, eight, Delilah, five, and two-year-old Charlie.

He currently plays for Bristol Rovers, so lives nearly 200 miles away from Helen and the kids just north of Manchester.

He sees the children regularly, but relations between Scott and Helen themselves are still healing, and for now, they communicate mainly through their parents.

Speaking about ending the relationship with The Sun, Helen said: “It was a mutual decision and, personally, I felt as a mum that this was the best thing for my children.

“I want them to see healthy relationships and to be in healthy environments. I think if you’re unhappy then that projects on to them.

“Especially when you have daughters, you feel like you have to set an example. I always ask myself: ‘What would I want my daughters to do? What would I want for them?’

“I’d want them to be happy. I wouldn’t want them to feel stuck.”
