Muscly Mark Wahlberg gives beach-goers a late Christmas present as he emerges from the sea in Barbados with wife Rhea Durham
The Hollywood hunk looked every inch the action star on holiday with his wife Rhea Durham and their children
MARK Wahlberg almost looked like he was filming a scene from an upcoming movie as he showed off his muscly physique in Barbados.
The Hollywood star was spotted enjoying a leisurely day on the beach and couldn't resist taking a quick dip in the inviting sea.
The 45-year-old wore blue shorts with a turtle pattern and completed his look with a silver bangle.
He was holidaying with his wife, Rhea Durman, who paddled in a black bikini with a printed trim.
She showed off her toned legs and tum in the two-piece as she went for a swim, emerging from the sea with her hair slicked back.
Rhea, who married Mark back in 2009 after having their first date at church, clutched a towel as she left the water before wrapping up in another on the shore.
Eager to get dry too, their kids rushed towards her.
Earlier in the day, she pulled on some shorts and a life jacket and looked to be preparing to take a boat ride.
Mark recently revealed the he starts eating at two in the morning.
The Deepwater Horizon star takes a strict approach to his meals even though his children - Ella, 13, Michael, 10, Brendan, eight and Grace, six - think his eating habits are "disgusting".
He told Live! With Kelly: "I start at, like, 2 a.m. Egg whites and Ezekiel bread with some almond butter. Then I have some Greek yogurt and a shake. And turkey burgers with sweet potato. Then I have a chicken.
"The kids are eating pancakes and I’m just roasting a chicken, and the whole house smells like chicken, and they are like, 'Dad, you are disgusting.' I’ve had all those meals already today, and I just had a tuna salad. And I’m looking forward to some whitefish in about an hour."
And the 45-year-old actor previously admitted he finds it harder to get in shape for his films nowadays.
He shared: "It gets harder the older you get. That's why staying in shape and maintaining it is always easier than going from one extreme to the other, heavy to getting in shape to stopping training and getting heavy again."
Meanwhile, Mark recently admitted he is not afraid of taking advice from others.
He added: "People always ask, 'What would you say to the 15- or 16-year-old Mark Wahlberg? I say, 'Why would I bother? He wouldn't listen. He thought he knew it all.' ...
"I'm not afraid to ask questions. I don't pretend to know what I'm talking about. If there's something I don't understand, I'm the first one to say, 'Explain that to me until I do understand it.' Like learning the beverage business, learning the restaurant business."
