X Factor champion Matt Terry and talent show BFF Freddy Parker are moving in together…TODAY
After becoming firm friends in The X Factor house, Matt and Freddy are about to become roommates again
X Factor winner Matt Terry and his co-star Freddy Parker are moving in together today after becoming close on the ITV singing show.
Freddy revealed his excitement at their new adventure on Tuesday, telling his fans: “Moving out today after nearly 19 years at home…”
The Sun Online revealed the pair were moving in together earlier this month and now they’re getting settled into their swanky London pad.
A source said at the time: “The boys get on so well and were both planning on moving into London anyway so decided to move in together.
“Matt’s not shy about telling people. He’s moving in with his best mate so he doesn’t see it as a big deal.”
Freddy played a big part in finding their new home, keeping his 47,000 Twitter followers up to date with their search.
The pair have previously had to deny there was any romance between them after fans accused Matt of kissing Freddy moments after he’d been crowned the winner of The X Factor.
In an interview with The Sun, Matt said: “No I don’t think we kissed but he would have been lucky if I did.”
He later explained: “He is my little brother, we hit it off since the start, we are best mates.
“There is no romance, I was just hugging and all of the X Factor contestants were so proud. We are a big family.
“Maybe it’s just fans getting a little crazy. We have such a bromance going, no relationship I’m afraid.”
The 23-year-old When Christmas Comes Around singer reckons his road to success will give him a good chance at spotting the next winner of the long-running singing contest.
He told : “I plan on working extremely hard to be a successful artist, I would love to continue to be involved with X Factor and help future contestants.
Matt thinks his special bond with Nicole Scherzinger – who mentored him to success earlier this month – means he is a shoe in to be a guest judge at her judges’ houses stage in the future.

“We are so close and after our victory we will remain close and I’ll remain part of the family. We will see what I can do but to be at Judges’ Houses with her would be a dream, I will do what I can to help out,” Matt gushed.
Discussing his time on the ITV show further, Matt says that the panel of judges this past year has been the best ever with original judges Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh and Sharon Osbourne back in the hot seats – alongside ex-Pussycat Dolls star Nicole.
He thinks it would be madness to change the line up and says he hopes it will be the same judging set up in the future – adding that their personable approach helped contestants feel at ease.
“I think I was really lucky to get who I did on the panel and I’d keep it the same. Every time I saw Sharon in the corridor she’d stop me and grab me and just say: ‘Oh I do love you Matt’, it was just a great bunch of people this year,” Matt recalled.
While Matt clearly has ambitions of appearing at judges houses on a future round of X Factor auditions – his own housing arrangement has been thrilling fans.
The Londoner is reportedly excited to be moving into a flat share with fellow X Factor 2016 contestant, Freddy Parker.
The friends – who have denied rumours of a relationship – are stepping up their bromance and moving in together in London just weeks after Matt won the ITV music competition.
A source said: “The boys get on so well and were both planning on moving into London anyway so decided to move in together.
“Matt’s not shy about telling people. He’s moving in with his best mate so he doesn’t see it as a big deal.”
Earlier this month the lads shared their flat searching mission on social media, with Freddy excitingly proclaiming: “Home hunting!!” on Snapchat.
