John said: “Lisa’s a Japanese freak so she has her own section in the kitchen. I’m the Asian bloke in our house.
“Are there too may chefs in the kitchen? No, never.
“It is surprising when people ask me this, but I reckon it is to do with our relationship. If you are in any way or at any stage fighting over territory, then you’re probably not in the right relationship.
“One of us will be making something in the kitchen while the other will sit and chat and have a glass of wine. One of us will wash up and the other will take the bin out.”
