Girls Aloud’s Nicola Roberts drops biggest hint band’s big reunion is just days away with cryptic post
GIRLS Aloud star Nicola Roberts has dropped what many believe is the biggest hint yet that the band are getting back together.
The singer and songwriter took to social media with an extremely cryptic post amid the reunion rumours.
Nicola, 28, posted a simple eleven second video on X, formerly known as Twitter.
The tiny clip showed the number 4 on an old fashioned vintage film countdown on a movie drive-in projector.
It was accompanied by an emoji which read: "4️⃣."
Fans immediately interpreted the somewhat random post to be a signal for the potential comeback of the beloved band.

One Girls Aloud superfan exclaimed: "Omg what is this new music @GirlsAloud 😱."
A second excitedly noted: "THEY’RE COMING!!!"
"I’m hyperventilating," posted a third user.
Whilst a fourth fan questioned: "Tour announcement???."
And another source wondered whether there might be more signs on the way from the other members of the group.
A fifth fan added: "If I see Kimberley tweet 3 tomorrow I will die."
The clip could be interpreted as either as a countdown to an exciting event, or the number of members that are in the BRIT Award-winning girl group.
This comes after The Sun revealed that the remaining members of the band are making a huge comeback after more than a decade away.
Cheryl Tweedy, Nadine Coyle, Kimberley Walsh and Nicola Roberts secretly reunited at a North London studio.
They shot the music video for their first single in 11 years, a song that is dedicated to bandmate Sarah Harding who died of cancer in 2021 aged 39.
The reunion marks a remarkable comeback for the chart-topping group, dogged by rumours of feuds before they split in 2013.
A music source said: "This has been one of the best-kept secrets in pop, but it’s actually happening now.
"The girls really came back together as friends to rally around when Sarah died, and it repaired some of the old rifts and put things into perspective. Suddenly the reunion which had seemed totally impossible for so long just felt a totally natural thing to do — in Sarah’s honour."
