One Direction’s Liam Payne shows off Christmas Grotto house including life size Nutcrackers
The singer is making sure his Christmas obsessed girlfriend has the house of her dreams
LIAM Payne has gone all out with his Christmas decorations this year, showing off his incredible pad on Instagram.
Covered in lights and with two enormous nutcrackers guarding the front door, Liam has done his Christmas loving girlfriend Cheryl proud.
Guests are now greeted at the driveway by a giant light-up snowman.
There are two huge wreaths, decorated with festive bows, adorning the electric gates and silver flashing icicle lights strung up around the guttering.
Liam has also gone to town on his large entrance porch with hundreds more twinkling fairy lights.
An insider said: “Liam is definitely no scrooge if his house is anything to go by.
“Although it is set back from the road, the bright flashing lights are clear to see and there is a very jolly snowman welcoming visitors at the gates.
“But he didn’t do it himself – he hired a bloke and a very large ladder!”
Earlier this week, 33-year-old Cheryl poked fun out of her boyfriend with a cartoon Christmas picture on Instagram.
In the snap, Cheryl could be seen with a speech bubble saying: “Only five days to go!” Liam’s speech bubble said: “Bah humbug!”
Liam took the ribbing on the chin and retaliated with his own photo.
Using the same image, he captioned Cheryl with: “You’ve not done the shopping!” His bubble said: “S#?t! I had one job!”
Cheryl and Liam made their relationship public earlier this year.
While Cheryl owns a house in London, Liam - who grew up in a £150,000 semi in Wolverhampton - bought his five-bed sprawling Surrey mansion in January 2015.
The property, which cost £5.1 million, has a pool house, a tennis court with basketball hoop and a dance studio.
Earlier this month, Liam gave fans a sneak peek inside after sharing a picture of his luxurious lounge on Instagram.
The giant room featured a large Father Christmas in the corner and a roaring fire.
