The British star, 28, stripped off wearing nothing but some gold paint swirled across her body.
Demi flashed the flesh as she sat on a rock overlooking a stunning riviera, before bracing against a stone wall with her arm above her head.
The model from Birmingham could be seen with closed eyes as she soaked up the glorious sunshine.
She accessorised with a gold statement headpiece and a chunky matching necklace.

The star then gave fans a cheeky look at her bottom as she perched on a rock.
Demi captioned the photos: "She comes from a different side of the sun."
Her fans were in awe of the look, with one writing: "You are divine," followed by a heart eyes emoji.
Another posted: "Wow so beautiful," while a third simply added: "Goddess."

The condition means you’re tired all the time - and she started skipping school to stay at home.
She was bullied so badly at school, she quit lessons.
“Boys, girls, and so I wasn’t really able to learn. Everyone just used to like to pick on me, put chewing gum in my hair, like, just to wind me up for their own entertainment,” she said.
Demi has amassed more than 20m fans on Instagram since she shot to international fame when she was pictured on a date with Kylie Jenner's first love Tyga in Cannes back in 2016.
She also briefly dated DJ Tom Zanetti in 2017 and DJ Chris Martinez in 2018.
