The mum-of-one shared the romantic proposal on Instagram with her 8.8million Instagram followers yesterday.

Charlotte, 33, took to Instagram to give her fans a glimpse of her new rock in a stunning selfie.

She captioned the post: "Right ok guys. I'm sorry but I think I'm gunna cry.

"Again is this really happening.

"I can't stop staring at the ring, I'm so sorry for the next few weeks. I do poses with my hand in every shot.
