Anthony Joshua hints at new career after boxing with multi-million pound investment
AFTER striking gold in the ring, Anthony Joshua is cementing his status as an entrepreneur.
I’ve learned the two-time heavyweight boxing champion has dropped £30million on a 301,000 sq ft property in Hertfordshire, which was previously the HQ for oil giant BP.
The estate includes more than 1,300 parking spaces and contains several blue chip firms.
But the fighter has not yet revealed what his plans are for it.
The move comes just months after AJ, who has been nicknamed The Landlord because of his portfolio of investments, spent £25million on a property in London’s New Bond Street and invested even more millions in the Alpine Formula One team.
A close pal of the 2012 Olympic gold medalist said: “AJ has seen so many athletes build vast wealth and then squander it all.

“He is smarter than that. He has been working to build a huge empire that spans multiple large investments in different industries and will continue to grow way after he hangs up his gloves. He and his partners have really big plans for the complex he has bought.”
In September, AJ attended The Sun’s Who Cares Wins Awards, celebrating people who go above and beyond in the worlds of health and social care.
He’s got a brain for business, as well as a heart of gold.
Una wants to get in on act
UNA HEALY is planning an acting career after secretly taking lessons.
She will appear in her first pantomime this winter but has hopes of making it on to screen.
The Saturdays singer has completed a series of classes at Dublin’s national screen acting school, in the same city as her Fairy Queen panto debut will be.
She said: “I’ve been looking into doing some acting. I did a course with Bow Street Academy and did some work there.”
Before music, she was briefly in Irish soap Fair City and would not be against returning.
Una told the Mamia & Me podcast: “I was in Fair City years ago. I was an extra a few times. You know, when you have to fake chat? I loved that. You have to start somewhere. I really loved it though. It was quite easy, hanging around all day, pretending to be in the pub and then going home.”

Rest for Ella after break
ELLA HENDERSON had a real scare for Halloween when she fractured her ankle.
The Ghost singer shared this photo on Instagram, revealing she had an accident and was taken to Chelsea and Westminster Hospital in London.
She wrote: “Happy Halloween 2023 . . . Only went & f***ed my ankle . . . so this is what the feed is getting this year!”
Ella said it was especially bad timing, given she has a busy week. She is moving house and has only just dropped her song Rest Of Our Days with Cian Ducrot.

DAVID’S STRANGER CHOICE OF DRESS
STRANGER Things star David Harbour looks like he’s skirting around the subject of his marriage to singer Lily Allen.
The actor wore a below-the-knee number to fashion brand Thom Browne’s 20th anniversary party in New York on Monday.
But there was no sign of his missus at the event.
I told last week that the couple have been living increasingly separate lives three years after getting hitched.
At least David managed a Smile.
Latest trick from Dua
DUA LIPA is releasing a new single called Houdini later this month.
She teased the track on social media and sent messages to select fans with the lyrics.
Dua, who topped the charts in August with the Barbie song Dance The Night, wrote: “Houdini, if you’re good enough you’ll find a way.”
It’s the lead track from her as-yet untitled third album.
