Danielle Armstrong SNUBBED by Celebrity Big Brother after quitting TOWIE for bigger fame
The blonde is at a loose end after bosses said they didn't want another reality star on the show
DANIELLE Armstrong quit Towie to find bigger fame on Celebrity Big Brother – but was turned down in the final hour.
The blonde was left gutted after show bosses left her plans in tatters when they decided they didn’t want another reality star in the new All Stars vs New Stars line-up.
The 28-year-old is now desperately trying to seek other reality opportunities after quitting the ITVBe show after three years.
A source said: “Danielle had been in talks with Celebrity Big Brother bosses until the final hour when she found out she hadn't made the cut.
“She left Towie thinking she was going straight into the house, but it wasn’t to be.
"It would have been an amazing platform for her and she's understandably gutted by the snub."
Danielle waved goodbye to The Only Way Is Essex earlier this year with her exit playing out this week.
After her departure Danielle said: “I didn't want to be one of those characters in Towie just staying on it to become famous.”
