SHE may have become a bit of a laughing stock thanks to her outrageous photo shoots, but Lisa Appleton has had the last laugh.
The Big Brother star has been elevated to a fashion icon after top designer Henry Holland posted a tribute to her.
Sharing a picture of her in a sexy sheer red dress with red fishnet stocks, Henry – who has legions of celebrity fans – wrote: “It's the Christmas parrrrrty.”
If that seal of approval doesn’t prove she’s made it, we don’t know what does!
Meanwhile Lisa has been living up to her new fashion icon title - by wearing a sexy leather skirt.
But in true Lisa style it didn't go quite according to plan, as she ended up flashing her bum when the zip came undone.
The unfortunate incident happened while Lisa was on a night out with her pals Chrissie Wunna and celebrity blogger Ryan Mira.
The friends went for dinner at Menagerie Bar and Restaurant before they hit to town in Manchester's Canal Street.
Luckily, Lisa's friends helped her zip her skirt back up after her faux pas and she carried on the evening in style.
Showing off her ample chest, the 48-year-old made sure all eyes were on her lacy bra which was visible through her sheer top.
Her main form of exercise was taking the bins out in her underwear but that’s now changed as the ex-Big Brother star has been seen working up a sweat in the gym.
It's a change from the normally proud Lisa, who earlier this year told The Sun Online she was proud of her curves.
She said: “I’ve been asked if I’m embarrassed being papped with my bits and bum out — why would I be?
“I know I get caught off guard but I don’t mind. This is me. Why would I be embarrassed of being me?”
She added: “The UK needs its own Kim Kardashian and I’m happy to fill that spot and make women realise that life’s too short to take yourself too seriously.
“I’ve got the big womanly bottom and the long dark hair like Kim, but I’m the down-to-earth version.
“I’m always being stopped in the street. If I had a Pound for every time someone told me I look like her I’d be rich.”
