Loose Women’s Coleen Nolan will force ‘trial separation’ from husband Ray by going back into Celebrity Big Brother
The singer is set to enter the new All Stars and New Stars show
COLEEN Nolan is reported to be going into Celebrity Big Brother’s All Stars and New stars – forcing a ‘trial separation’ from her husband Ray Fensome.
The Loose Women panellist has made no secret of the couple’s marital issues recently and now insiders claim she’s going into the house to get a break.
An insider told The Daily Star: “Everyone is a bit shocked but Coleen has said she will do it.
“It’s a delicate time so after Christmas she might change her mind but she’s very much on board.”
Celebrity Big Brother’s All Stars and New Stars is set to start on January 3 and will last for just 24 days.
Should Coleen – who starred in CBB in 2012 – go into the house, she’s set to be joined by stars including Nicola McLean and Bianca Gascoigne.
In recent weeks, Coleen has opened up about her heartbreak over the state of her marriage.
She said: “We’re going to do a lot of talking over the next couple of weeks, but if we can’t fix it then I want us to have counselling.”
Coleen also revealed that they would spend nights together, often on the same sofa, just not talking to each other – sometimes for days at a time.
The I’m in the Mood for Dancing singer described the moment Ray told her he no longer found her attractive saying she was ‘totally devastated’.
Speaking to The Mirror, she added: “It was tough to hear, but I’d asked him for the truth and sometimes the truth bloody hurts.”
Coleen, 51, insisted she wouldn’t be dieting to make Ray happy and said she found him the ‘least fanciable man on the planet’ when he had.
She has been open with their youngest daughter, 15-year-old Ciara, who’s given her mum her blessing should they need to take a break.
“She's not an idiot, she notices things and she has said to me: 'Listen mum, I love you and dad and I want you both to be happy. If you're going to be happier apart then that's OK. Please don't stay because of me.'
“You worry about how it's going to affect your kids, the boys said to me it didn't affect them when I split from their dad.”
