EastEnders star Steve McFadden arrives on his bike for panto appearance in Dick Whittington
The actir has a snazzy selection of motors but instead chose to arrive on two wheels
STEVE McFadden is getting stuck into pantomime baddie mode as King Rat in Dick Whittington - yet he looked FAR from menacing as he arrived for rehearsals on a bike with tiny wheels and a basket at the back.
The car fanatic, who boasts a snazzy Rolls Royce in his garage at home, decided to ditch the glamour and opt for a healthier mode of transport as he made his way around Birmingham.
EastEnders star Steve flashed a cheeky grin as he parked up outside the city's Hippodrome Theatre on his push-bike.
He wore a black Trilby hat instead of a helmet perched on his head while his blue and white patterned jacket proved impossible to miss.
Prepared for his cycling stint, he wore matching trainers and comfy-looking jeans.
Meanwhile his bike was crammed with his essentials ahead of his stint on-stage.
The basket at the rear was filled to the brim while the holder at the front also appeared to be jam packed.
Fans can see him up-close at the festive show alongside singer John Barrowman, who plays the lead role of Dick.
Talking of his role he said: “The Hippodrome puts on a great panto. I’ve been up to it before, to watch it. I’ve got kids. They love panto.”
He added to the: "I cut my teeth in panto working with Matt Slack. We’re good mates. "We hang out together and go for drinks.
He’s been on EastEnders as well. So Dick Whittington will give us the chance to catch up and go for a few beers.”
