Alicia Douvall flashes her bum in naughty see-through nightwear as she exits a posh London hotel through the back door in the early hours of the morning

It seems Alicia’s been getting into the party spirit this Christmas

CELEBRITY Big Brother star Alicia Douvall left little to the imagination when she came out of the Dorchester Hotel wearing a sheer baby doll dress.

The model teamed the see through outfit with a red thong and bra set.

Alicia didn’t appear to mind being caught out on camera, posing for the photographers in her tiny, see-through outfit when she left the posh hotel at 6am on Tuesday.

She even flashed her bum cheekily at the camera as she walked off down the busy London road, before turning back and smiling into the lens.

It seems the weather did put her off the impromptu fashion show however as she later hailed a taxi to take her home.

Her racy dress may have turned commuters heads, with her bright red thong and bra visible to everyone.

Alicia wore knee high black boots with the outfit and carried her belongings in a small clutch bag.

Despite the time of morning, Alicia looked prettily made up – with her long, brunette hair curling over her shoulders.

Showing off her new look on This Morning, Alicia told Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes that she “regretted” spending millions of pounds on cosmetic surgery.

She said: “I have turned my back on surgery completely.

“I had implants in my face, breasts… everything, you name it! I had it in places you couldn’t even dream of having implants.

“It was a long journey...I went to rehab 3 times.”
