Margot Robbie ‘confirms marriage’ by flashing her diamond ring as she kisses new husband Tom Ackerley

ACTRESS Margot Robbie appears to have confirmed her marriage to Tom Ackerley by sharing a picture of a diamond ring on her left hand hours after her wedding news emerged.

The Wolf Of Wall Street star shared a snap of herself kissing the British director and flashing her wedding finger to the camera.

She uploaded the picture to her Instagram page hours after reports emerged suggesting she had tied the knot with her partner of three years.

The couple are believed to have exchanged vows in Australia surrounded by her family and friends at a secret location on the Gold Coast, close to the town of Dalby where she grew up.

The couple are believed to have become engaged over the summer and she returned Down Under from London for the nuptials.

Estranged from her dad Doug, she is believed to have been given away by her mum Sarie along with her brothers Lachlan and Cameron, while her sister Anya was her maid of honour.

Margot, 26, and Tom met in 2013 while working together on World War 2 film Suite Francaise in Belgium and France.

The pair have yet to comment on the wedding reports, but Margot was seen arriving in Australia hours before the ceremony wearing a very telling T-shirt.

During an interview on Aussie telly show The Project, she said: “They’ll be here. The kids will be in Australia.”

Referring to her partner Tom, she said: “He loves Australia. He’s like, ‘I don’t know why anyone leaves Australia!’

“The family give him hell for being a pommie! When he comes for Christmas everybody’s like, ‘Oh, the pommie!'”
