Kylie Minogue on why she won’t marry fiance Joshua Sasse until same sex marriage is legalised in Australia

KYLIE Minogue has been talking about the reason why she WON'T be marrying her fiancé Joshua Sasse just yet.

The pop princess has also revealed what her big plans for Christmas are and her return to films.

The pair have vowed not to marry until same sex marriage is legalised in Australia and are responsible for the 'Say I Do Down Under’ campaign.

Kylie is happy with the recent introduction of an official register for same sex couple which grants them many of the same rights afforded to opposite-sex couples.

She told this week's : "It’s a step forward.

"I’ll be happy when it’s done. I still believe it’s going to happen, but if it’s going to happen down the line, why not just do it now?"

She added: "It was Josh’s idea to start this campaign and I’ve just been like his assistant. I’ve been right behind him the whole while because I think that noise coming from me, everyone’s heard it before."

Kylie also told the magazine about her plans for Christmas: "I don’t do the cooking! Joshua does the cooking."

Having recently finished filming a movie, Flammable Children, she also spoke about why she would "absolutely" like to do more acting.

She said: "It’s nice not to be ‘Kylie’ for a while. I don’t have to try and look like the best version of myself. "If I’m honest, I think I have a resting bitch face for most of the movie!"
