JEREMY Kyle made the most of his sunshine break to Barbados by stripping off on the beach to catch a tan.

The chat show host is currently enjoying a well earned holiday on the Caribbean island, and wasted no time in going topless to make sure he had a good tan in time for Christmas.

Showing off his toned physique in a pair of bright blue swim shorts, the 51-year-old relaxed on a sun lounger on the beach before disappointing his female admirers by pulling on a white Ralph Lauren T-shirt to head back towards the beach bar for a drink.

Joined by the rest of his party, Jeremy squinted in the sun as they chatted, showing off the start of potential sunburn with a pinker than normal forehead.

Later in the day, Jeremy waded into the surf to enjoy a bit of catch, running and jumping to catch the ball.

The star definitely deserved to jet off for some pre-Christmas sun worshipping after an action-packed run of his ITV daytime chat show, which regularly features infidelities and family feuds.

Jeremy was recently left stunned after a guest was accused of “sleeping with 50 men in three months” by her ex.

But when his furious ex stormed on stage she shouted: “So why is it about my sex life?

Then she added: “Fabulous. I should get paid for it.”

Asked why she still slept with him just over a month before the show, she said: “It just happens.”

But he wasn’t going to be reeled in by femme fatale Sarah.

Kneeling beside her in a slightly flirty manner, he told her: “I’m not number 51.”
