Bethan Kershaw praised as she shows off her ‘real body’ in bikini after opening up on ‘bad days’

BETHAN Kershaw has been praised by fans for showing her ‘real body’ in bikini pictures on holiday in Ibiza.

The 28-year-old Geordie Shore star’s social media is awash with positive, uplifting posts about body image and general wellbeing.

They have struck a chord with fans who love her attitude and relatability.

Her latest post features two sun-kissed poolside snaps that highlights how her body can look different depending on the pose.

In one, Bethan laid flat on her back with her arms positioned upwards, while the other sees her sitting up with her arms by her side.

She captioned the post: “SAME BODY. DIFFERENT ANGLE.

“When you guys ask me how do I feel so comfortable and confident in my body. Well first of all this isn’t something I feel every single day, I have bad body image days too but I’ve decided I’m going to love myself more and talk about my body less as it does absolutely nothing for yourself or the people around you when your self deprecating.

“You have got to grow tired of your own cr** I’ll be honest. You have to grow tired of constantly sleeping on your own happiness. You have to think differently to actually change your mindset. You have to be conscious of the company you keep as the people around contribute to how you see yourself too.”

She continued: “Less comparing your journey to someone else’s journey and get rid of the narrative that you can’t work on yourself while accepting where you are at the same time.

“You’re not fat. You have fat, there’s a difference and even just starting with that can help shift yourself from actually identifying with your weight.

“Weight fluctuates in life so stop identifying with it. Start viewing your body as a divine creation from the universe instead of something that needs to be changed, altered or corrected according to beauty standards created by mankind that are constantly changing.”
