The 34-year-old worked up a sweat at her home gym before getting her hair done.
Frankie showed off her stunning figure in a black sports bra and matching leggings.
She confessed: "Aired on the side of caution with the weights... it's been so long all the spiders have moved in!"
The star later took to her Instagram to show off her amazing new hair style.
Frankie got her blonde locks cut into a cute bob from the comfort of her stunning family mansion.

She captioned the post: "New chapter… means new hair!! Nothing drastic but had a bit of a chop ✂️ !
"Not quite the same relaxing experience as being at the salon 😂…"

Days before she also reunited with S Club Juniors pal Calvin Goldspink 22 years after the pop group shot to fame.
S Club 8 were together between 2001 and 2004.
