KYLIE Jenner is adding another string to her bow and becoming a landlord after agreeing to rent out one of her lavish properties to brother Rob Kardashian and his fiance Blac Chyna.
and , as well as their newborn daughter Dream Renee, moved into 's seven-bedroom, Hidden Hills mansion this week.
Gossip site reports that the pair had initially planned to move to Chyna's home in Tarzana, but decided to say close to the ever-growing reality family as they get to grips with being parents.
Kylie, who works as a model, reality star and has her own make-up line, allegedly owns two other homes in the area - one of which she bought in October for a an estimated £9.4million ($12million).
The latest purchase boasts eight bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, a game room, pool, spa and massage room and sits on 1.4 acres of land.
Earlier this year she bought a sprawling $4.5 million four-acre property next door to the $6 million luxury home she already owned, meaning she now has a giant joint compound in Los Angeles.

Her estate agent Tomer Fridman said recently: "To have this is a rarity. She turned this into a trophy estate because it's two separate houses, but she owns both of them and they are next to each other in a private drive."
Rob and Chyna are living in one of the homes in the compound- however, it is not clear who is currently living in the other.
Meanwhile, Chyna has been adjusting to life as she became a mum for the second time, and stepped out into town looking visibly slimmer after vowing to return to her pre-baby body.
Celebrating the one month anniversary of Dream's arrival, Chyna has taken to Snapchat to share sweet videos and pictures of her little girl after she turned one month old two days ago.
