Love Islanders who had run-ins with the law – star arrested for public brawl with sister to Casa Amor girl’s drug shame
HE was a lovable Jack the Lad on Love Island, but Jack Fincham risks becoming Jack the Lag.
This week it emerged the 32-year-old, who won the 2018 series with ex Dani Dyer, was arrested for alleged drug-driving and driving a car with false number plates on it.
Fincham’s solicitor Conor Johnstone, of M.A.J Law, said he has "not been charged with drug driving" and "denies any drug consumption whatsoever".
He added: “There is no evidence at this stage that Mr Fincham drove whilst over the legal limit, and we are hopeful that his blood results will prove the same.”
It follows a grovelling apology back in 2019 after Jack was caught using cocaine.
He was previously arrested for alleged drug driving in 2021, but the charges against him were dropped.

Three years after she appeared on Love Island, Chloe, 26, was arrested for drink-driving in Sussex after failing a breathalyser test.

She was released without bail and had to appear in court in November to face charges.
In a statement via her rep, Chloe apologised for her “error in judgement”.
They added: "Chloe is fully aware that her public profile comes hand in hand with responsibility and at this stage does not want to comment beyond offering her sincerest apologies to her family, friends and supporters for any embarrassment she may have caused."
Since the incident, the reality star has kept her nose squeaky clean.
Kaz Crossley
Fans were shocked when Kaz, 28, was arrested while transferring through Dubai airport on her way to Thailand earlier this year.
The Sun revealed she had been detained on drug offence charges after an old video of her snorting a suspicious white substance was shared online.
She endured the terrifying ordeal of being thrown in a Dubai prison for days before being released without charge.
Initially Kaz had no idea why she was arrested as she claimed she was not provided with a translator.
It is understood her name was flagged up as the United Arab Emirates authorities were still probing the two-year-old clip.
In a subsequent interview about the incident, Kaz told the Saving Grace Podcast that an abusive ex shared the video of her alleged drug use.
She said: "He made an Instagram account called 'Kaz sniffing' and followed thousands of accounts. It didn't compute in my head that someone could be so evil and calculating."
Anna Vakili
Anna, 33, was known on the show for her fiery temper, and it has since got her in trouble with the police.
The 2019 series contestant claimed she was arrested by cops and locked in a cell after she called them over kidnapping fears.
When police arrived, she was arguing with her lookalike sister Mandi, 31, outside the posh Dorchester Hotel in London, and they were both taken to a cell charged with common assault.
She told The Sun afterwards: “My sister and I sometimes have a bit too much to drink in central London, and we end up getting into arguments with each other.
"Not long ago we ended up spending the night in jail. We got arrested for fighting each other – it wasn’t even a physical fight. Mandi scratched my neck and it was bleeding a tiny bit.
"It was the tiniest little scratch, and the worst part of this is, that I called the police!”
Zara Holland
Former Miss Great Britain and series two contestant Zara, 28, ended up in trouble with the authorities after breaking Covid-19 rules while on holiday.
She and her now husband Elliott Love both tested positive while in Barbados.
The pair were allegedly given red wristbands and told they'd be taken to the country's Paragon Military Base, which had been turned into a coronavirus quarantine centre.
Before being collected they snipped off the bands and attempted to fly home to avoid being detained.
A member of hotel staff allegedly found the wristbands and called the cops, who arrested the couple.
Zara dodged jail after pleading guilty, but was handed a £4,417 fine for breaching quarantine rules.
Katie Salmon
Katie, 27, made headlines for being in the first lesbian couple on the show when she coupled up with the late Sophie Gradon.
Since leaving the show she has continued to make headlines, including being .
The altercation left mum-of-one Katie bleeding and hospitalised.
A source said at the time: “Katie got into a very heated row and police were called.
“She was left bleeding from her face and mouth, and spent four hours in A&E after an ambulance was called.
“She went with police to be questioned. She’s now been released without charge and is back at home with her daughter.”
Haris Namani
Disgraced Winter Love Islander Haris, 22, was quizzed by police after a video of him in a street brawl was shared online while he was on the show.
It showed him flooring his rival with a single punch.
The video of the fight in Doncaster was taken a year before his Love Island stint.
A source told The Sun police were studying the available evidence, adding it was a "vicious assault and has quite rightly caused concern".
