Disgusted Lady Gaga fans blast Piers Morgan as ‘disrespectful’ to women over his comments about her sexual assault

LADY Gaga's Little Monsters have vented their sheer disgust at plans for Piers Morgan's showdown with their pop idol, suggesting he is "plain disrespectful" to women following his comments about her sexual assault.
The Good Morning Britain controversially spoke out about Gaga's candid admissions of the acts, which happened when she was a child.
This weekend, the Poker Face singer agreed to take him on face-to-face and her followers flooded Twitter today to reveal their fury that she had felt it necessary to agree to the TV interview.
One wrote: "I am utterly disgusted over Piers Morgan questioning Gaga. I feel so sorry for his children. Can u imagine having a father like that?"
Another added: "I'm sick of Piers Morgan AKA the definition of "cis white male scum" by being ageist, derogatory and just plain disrespectful towards women," While one wrote: "gaga u have shown so much love & kindness...stay strong.u r the role model not him.drag his ass to where he belongs."
A furious fan posted: "u should be ashamed of yourself. How would u like to be accused of doubting Gaga's claims for the attention it would bring YOU?," while one got personal and added: "Ur old ass needs to retire. I hope Gaga spits on you bc then you'd be blessed."
One then bluntly commented: "OH MY GOD I've just seen Gaga's tweets to Piers Morgan, he's not even worth her precious time!"
Another insisted: "I've definitely lost every ounce of respect I once had for after he insinuated that Lady Gaga lied about being raped."
Gaga will now face Piers in person after he questioned claims she had been raped and suffered from post-traumatic stress disorder.
Piers provoked a storm of criticism over the weekend when he appeared to question Lady Gaga’s story about being attacked when she was 19.
The pop star has spoken openly about the horrific incident, and revealed she battled crippling PTSD afterwards.
Piers blasted her and fellow singer Madonna in a scathing tweet.
He wrote: “Lady Gaga & Madonna have both made ALLEGATIONS of rape many years after the event. No police complaint, no charges, no court case.
“I don’t think all claims of rape should be necessarily accepted as fact without proper criminal investigation, do you?”
The tweet prompted a response from Gaga who confronted the TV host and offered to face him on TV.
She wrote: “I’ve work w/ our VP Joe Biden on helping educate people about why women don’t report, would love to share it w/ you some time…
“Would also love to talk with you about PTSD, that it’s not just a ‘military’ disorder.
“There is a mental health youth epidemic…
“If anyone in your family suffers from it, I pray they have more good days than bad. It has affected me & my whole family.”
Piers then locked her down for an interview, writing: “OK, you’re on. Let’s do an interview about this and you can tell me why I’m wrong to be sceptical.
“I know numerous soldiers with PTSD, it’s a very serious thing.
“I also know people who claim to have it but clearly don’t. Let’s talk…”
He later added: “I rather admire @ladygaga for agreeing to an interview after my criticisms.
“Should be a fascinating debate. I’ll press my meat suit.”
