Katie Price risks Peter Andre’s wrath as daughter Princess, 16, seen brandishing shot – despite being underage
KATIE Price risked the wrath of her ex-husband Peter Andre after she posed with their daughter Princess brandishing a shot glass - despite being under the legal age to drink alcohol.
Pictures of the TV star and her 16-year-old daughter show them holding up glasses filled with a pink liquid, although it is unclear if they contained alcohol or not.
The mum and daughter appeared to be sitting inside a restaurant with Katie's on/off fiancé Carl Woods and a group of friends as the drinks were handed around a table.
Katie wore her hair in a ponytail and could be seen with orange nails as she held the glass up to the camera while Princess, who was sat beside her, leaned across the table to clink glasses with a fellow diner.
It is illegal to sell alcohol or to buy it for a person under the age of 18 or to drink alcohol in licensed premises such as a pub or restaurant.
However, if you're 16 or 17 and accompanied by an adult you can drink - but not buy - beer, wine or cider with a meal.

It is against the law to drink spirits before the age of 18.
A source told The Sun: "Peter won't have been happy to see Princess out with her mum holding a shot glass.
"Even if it wasn't alcohol, it's not the best look for a sixteen year old, especially one in the public eye."
The Sun has contacted Katie for comment.

Katie's eldest daughter Princess turned 16 years old back in June with the star throwing her a glamorous party to mark the big day.
The teenager has 600,000 followers on Instagram.
It comes after Peter, 50, expressed his "worry" about their eldest son Junior going on a sun-soaked trip to Ibiza to celebrate his 18th birthday in July.
Junior was photographed partying with a number of bikini-clad girls at celeb hotspot Ocean Beach as he marked the milestone.
He said about his trip: “I flew out to Ibiza for my birthday. I went with some mates. It was crazy. The best time ever.
"Me being 17 the day before and then me being 18 and being able to go clubbing was just amazing."
He added: "To be honest I’m not a big drinker. I don’t even like the taste of alcohol.
"But obviously I had to because I was in Ibiza so a strawberry daiquiri cocktail in the sunshine.

"My dad knows me. I’m very responsible. He knows I know my limits so I can do what I like.
";Obviously he worries as a parent. Every parent worries. But worries in a good way, he doesn’t worry thinking I’ll do anything bad.”
