The Channel 5 star took to social media with an Instagram Q&A session for his 290,000 followers.
One of his followers asked: "Are you fully recovered after your cycling accident?"
Dan, 46, refused to confirm that he had made a full recovery after receiving the personal question online.
He even confirmed that the accident had long-lasting impacts despite it occurring all the way back in February.

"If I sit down for ten mins my leg tingles and my foot goes dead. In the process of having it looked at."
This comes after he revealed another shocking medical update after his terrifying cycling incident.
On his way to work, the former Strictly Come Dancing star was hit by a car at a busy roundabout and later revealed his helmet saved his life.
Camera footage of the terrifying ordeal showed him thrown off and into the path of the car while his bike was crushed.
Now, months later, he explained how he saw the police and paramedics stand over him while he went deaf and body ached.
Dan revealed that he didn't break any bones, but remembered his face was a "bloody mess."
And the policeman told him: "Another 50cm and it essentially runs over your head."
"I have no recollection of the accident at all, so I’m not suffering any sort of flashbacks or anything like that," Dan said before adding, "I’m thankful that I’m back on the bike."
