Five After Midnight also posed with their mentor Louis Walsh, but absent was Simon Cowell who hasn't got a single act through to the final show.
Finalists Matt Terry, Saara Aalto and 5 After Midnight are all vying to win the ITV show, and will go head to head at Wembley Arena live on Saturday night.
Matt - the one remaining boy in the competition - is "very excited" to be singing Jess Glynne’s Take Me Home, while the final group, 5 After Midnight will be belting out Beyonce’s Crazy in Love to try and impress the viewers at home.
Last girl standing Saara Aalto will be taking on a classic - performing Everybody Wants to Rule The World by Tears For Fears, but told The Sun's Dan Wootton on Friday's Lorraine her version "would be a little bit different".
He said: "I can tell you that The Weeknd's playing... and Kylie's going to be there and theres another and Little Mix are coming back as well."

Lorraine remarked: "Right, ok, we like Little Mix."
Dermot joked, referring to their controversial outfits the last time they were on the show: "Yeah, in their undercrackers."
Lorraine commented: "Well, I would think so. And don't they look amazing?"
He responded: "Ah, the best."
The host, however, admitted there was another act but wasn't able to name them. He remarked before revealing the other performers: "I can't tell you the duet."
However a show insider told The Sun's Dan Wootton that Matt will be duetting with his mentor Nicole Scherzinger, while Saara could be performing a blistering rendition of Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody with American Idol alum Adam Lambert.
Meanwhile 5 After Midnight could be pairing up with last year's winner Louisa Johnson and Clean Bandit to sing their hit, Tears.
The moves comes after the Spice Girls reportedly pulled out of a comeback performance with the boyband because of scheduling conflicts.
Dermot did confirm the elimination process over this weekend's final would be the same as it usually is, with one person being eliminated on the Saturday and the last two battling it out on the Sunday.
Finnish singer Saara has leapfrogged Matt to become bookies' favourite to win the singing competition.
