Atomic Kitten’s Natasha Hamilton reveals real body 10 days after giving birth to fifth child in brave selfie
NATASHA Hamilton has revealed her real body only 10 days after giving birth to fifth child.
The former Atomic Kitten star bravely shared a full length mirror selfie in her home.
Natasha, 41, took to social media in her white underwear as she flaunted her post-partum figure.
However her post was focussed on the pressures that she faces after giving birth as she opened up
She wrote a long essay in the caption where she explained: "This is the 1st picture I’ve taken of my body post baby.
I didn’t take it to compare to my old body, but because I am so proud of what my body has achieved over the years🙏🏼.."

After writing about the pressure she used to face to "bounce back" after having her previous children, she also spoke about the diets and "fads" that she used to focus on.
However, she said that this time is different as she wrote: "No diets as I’m breastfeeding. There’s no pressure.
"My approach is of love and giving thanks that my body has housed my baby and kept her safe for almost 9 months🙏🏼."
The singer also admitted that she is going to focus on loosing the baby weight naturally via fitness, however her main aim is to enjoy her journey.

"I haven’t figured out yet where I want to start on my fitness journey this time? Maybe Pilates? Peloton?," Natasha wondered.
"Definitely baby yoga (yoga with your baby in the sling, looks fab).
"But whatever I do, I’m going to enjoy the process & embrace the new stretch marks, mummy pouch and thread veins all over my legs."
She added: "This is the new me & I love her more than I ever thought I could❤️."
This comes after Natasha gave birth a little girl named Kitty, her first tot with husband Charles Gay.
The Real Housewives of Cheshire favourite broke the news with an Instagram snap which showed Charles carrying their child out of the hospital ward.
She wrote in the caption: "I cannot put in to words how we feel right now. Our family is complete.
