His shock passing came just months after S Club announced a reunion tour to celebrate their 25th anniversary.

It was later confirmed Paul's ex-girlfriend and bandmate Hannah Spearritt would not be taking part in the tour, while Jo O'Meara, Rachel Stevens, Tina Barrett, Jon Lee and Bradley McIntosh would honour the dates.

Now the group have revealed who the support act will be when the shows kick off in October.

In a clip posted on Instagram, Bradley said: "We have got some news for you.

"For quite some time a lot of you out there have been asking who will be the supporting artist on the tour.

"We've found a band that have got such an amazing vibe and we think you guys are gonna love them. We love their music, we love their style... we just think these guys are so much fun.

"And we want you to check them out. So, here they are... Now United."

Now United are a pop group made up of seven members and formed by S Club creator Simon Fuller.

In July S Club released their first single in 20 years - These Are The Days - in tribute to Paul.

S Club recently spoke to The Sun about Hannah's departure from the group and whether she'll join them for projects in the future.

Jon said: “I guess that’s a conversation for Hannah to have.

“She’s not going to be joining us on this tour but we’ve got loads of stuff that’s happening next year so the door is always open.

“She might join us on the project next year at some point.”

Tina added: “It’s nothing bad. It’s just that everyone needs their own space.”
