Alongside a collection of clips of her cat, Jess, 30, wrote: "Devastated. Nothing beats the love a girl has for her first cat.
You were there through everything. The most loving, beautiful girl.
I will miss you forever my princess girl."

She faced further devastation when she tried to break the news to her four-year-old son Presley.

"I haven't had the heart to tell him yet," Jess wrote. "I mentioned heaven earlier that she might have to go and his little heart broke and he cried and then it broke my heart even more. So hard when they love them so much.

"I don't think I've ever cried so much so much ever. She was a special one."

Jess has had much to contend with this year.

In April she bravely revealed she'd suffered a second miscarriage, two years after losing son Teddy at 19 weeks.

She explained: "When you're experiencing loss you have to pretend you are OK, wipe your tears and carry on because you have a little one. You cook dinner, you read the stories. You do the school run. Nothing stops.

"It was a traumatic day when it happened, which I wasn't really expecting at all. I tried to keep busy and go about my day went out, which was a big mistake.
