Rebekah Vardy’s bitter attack on Coleen Rooney saying I wouldn’t let Jamie sleep with hookers
REBEKAH Vardy has hit back in her Wagatha Christie war by mocking Coleen Rooney over her hubby Wayne’s sex with prostitutes.
The wife of Leicester City striker Jamie spoke out after her rival gave a tell-all interview to Vogue magazine.
Becky told a fan on Instagram: “I wouldn’t put up with my husband sleeping with hookers end of! No excuses.”
She further fuelled the fire by posting a pic of a pigeon on her head as a child — a reference to when she had compared speaking to Coleen to “talking to a pigeon”.
Last night a pal said: “Becky thinks the Wagatha saga should be left in the past so to hear Coleen talking about it again is so tiresome.
“After the Vogue interview, Becky got loads of comments. She won’t take it lying down, especially when trolls go on her Instagram to mock her.
“Becky posted the pigeon snap to make people laugh. She just wants to move on.”
Coleen gave her first interview on the feud ahead of a three-part Disney+ documentary.
It details how she turned detective to find who was leaking stories — and covers the resulting High Court libel trial she won last year.
Becky, 37, insisted: “I’ve preached innocence since day one and that won’t change.”
Coleen claimed in October 2019 that leaks were coming from Becky’s account.
Becky sued but a judge ruled Coleen’s post was “substantially true”.
In her Vogue interview Coleen, 41, branded Becky “odd” and hinted she would never forgive or forget.
She said: “I’ve never been in a legal case before, it was scary. It was so difficult in that courtroom, especially watching her on the stand. It was painful.”
Coleen also admitted her 15-year marriage to husband Wayne has been a “battle at times” amid his numerous infidelities, including brothel visits.
