Rita Ora stuns in five colourful outfits in one day as latest trailer for her new movie Fifty Shades Darker is unveiled
The star, who plays Mia Grey in the films, has been doing the promo rounds in New York
RITA Ora put on a colourful display in New York as the latest trailer for her new hit movie Fifty Shades Darker was released.
The singer showed off her out-there style in a series of eye-catching outfits as she smiled to fans, looking a world away from her role in the hit film franchise.
Rita plays Christian Grey's sister Mia, and while she doesn't appear in the new teaser clip, she's been spotted several times this year filming the new scenes.
She started the day off in a red top and red trousers for an interview with Extra at their studios at H&M in Times Square.
Then she appeared on the Today show in a black and white midi dress with a lit up the middle, covering up in a long olive green coat as she left the studios.
|Later she left her hotel for the Late Show With Seth Meyers wearing a bright orange quilted off-the-shoulder coat over a black high-neck dress.
Next it was a slinky green and gold sleeveless dress with a thigh-high slit, and finally she changed into her most colourful outfit of all, a multicoloured striped skirt and a black, white and pink colourblock top.
With her hair tied back, she looked far from her on-screen persona, where she transforms with a shorter brunette bob.
Along with Fifty Shades of Darker, Rita has been promoting the upcoming 23rd series of America's Next Top Model, which she hosts after taking over from Tyra Banks.
While she's leading a busy work schedule, Rita managed to show off her flawless complexion on the outing and looked in great spirits ahead of the film release.
The star appears alongside Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson in the movie, and now a new trailer shows the on-screen couple take their romance to new levels as they re-enact THAT lift scene from the best-selling books.
The two-and-a-half minute clip features a series of very public PDAs, as Ana begins by slowly pulling down her knickers in the middle of a packed out restaurant - on her very demanding boyfriend's orders.
Moments later, he pretends to tie his shoe lace in a crowded lift, before slowly running his hand up her leg - with the camera eventually showing her with her head thrown back and eyes closed.
While the footage begins with the pair separated, as the first film ended, they appear to mend their relationship fairly quickly if these PDAs are anything to go by.
Meanwhile, Ana sets out her rules for their reconciliation, including "no rules, no punishments, and no more secrets".
However, it doesn't stop her indulging in more erotic scenes, and the character even indulges in steamy shower sex with her man.
But the film is set to take a darker twist, as Christian's rival Jack Hyde, played by Eric Johnson, hires Ana as his personal assistant - before trying it on with her.
"Your boyfriend has a reputation," Hyde is heard saying. "Do you want to be kept? Or have respect?"
The new trailer shows the moment a terrified Ana runs out into the arms of Christian, who is waiting outside for her shortly after.
Elsewhere, the footage gives a glimpse of a helicopter crash, and once again shares sinister footage of the couple's stalker, as she stands over them in bed together.
And Ana finally comes face to face with "Mrs Robinson", aka Christian's salon business partner Elena Lincoln.
She asks: "Do you think you're the first woman to try to save him?"
Ana immediately defends her man, insisting his life no longer revolves around his kinky sex life, to which Elena replies: "But it's what he needs".
The new film is set to hit cinemas on February 10.
