A HOME and Away heartthrob now looks nothing like his role on the soap 19 years later after quitting and moving on to a new job.
The actor rose to fame for appearing on the popular Australian TV show as Eric "Ric" Dalby who is Alf Stewarts grandson and Martha MacKenzie's cousin.
He made his debut on the soap and in 2004 and his final appearance in July 2008.
Mark Furze, 37, now appears unrecognisable nearly two decades later after leaving Home and Away and the world of acting.
The star has also changed careers and become a musician.
His Instagram bio reads: "Musician/band STONE LOVE - Vocals/Guitar."

Mark has recently released his album titled "Stone Love" which is a mixture of indie pop music.
He took Instagram and shared a photo of himself swimming in a .
Mark captioned the post: "Croc infested waters."
Fans all rushed to leave their comments and one wrote: "Looking good mate."

Mark and and his wife Laural welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Soma, in 2022.
The former soap star also appeared on The Voice Australia in 2019.

Recently, another show favourite looked unrecognisable 28 years after playing a pregnant teen on the show.
Fans also couldn't pick out Christopher Fletcher actor Shaun Wood due to his different look.
Meanwhile, show legend Norman Coburn who played fan-favourite Donald Fisher also appears a complete contrast to his telly role.

Recently, the show was said to be "facing the axe" after three decades on the small screen.
The show currently airs on Channel Seven in Australia and Channel 5 here in the UK, but sources claim bosses at the Australian network are "under pressure" after falling ratings.
