Danny Dyer reveals his plans to ‘iron out 150 people’ and become King of England in hilarious clip from tomorrow’s Celebrity Juice
EastEnders star Danny knows exactly how he’d get to the throne
DANNY Dyer revealed he could become the King of England by simply killing the 150 people standing in his way.
In November Danny found out he was related to Edward III and during Celebrity Juice he made it clear he’s got a plan to get to the throne.
When host Keith Lemon quizzed Danny on his royal relations, fellow contestant Piers Morgan quickly realised that technically, the EastEnders star could be King.
Danny told the audience: “My 22 times Great Grandfather was Edward III,” to which Piers replied: “Wait a minute, does that technically mean you’re an heir to the throne?”
The 39-year-old then replied: Well yeah, if I iron out about 150 people, yeah I’ll be f*****g King.
“If [Donald] Trump can run America I can be f*****g King surely.”
Danny found out he was related to royalty while appearing on Who Do You Think You Are? and later on Thursday’s episode of Celebrity Juice he put his regal powers into play.
When asked to do the alternative Queen’s speech, which Keith admitted he wanted to be picked up by ITV2, Danny delivered a speech which saw the audience go wild.
Speaking straight down the camera, he said: Hello ladies and gentlemen.
“It’s been a wonderful year…it’s been a year of ups and downs”
“But I wish you all a merry Christmas, and a f*****g naughty New Year.”
Appearing alongside Danny and Piers on the show was Susanna Reid and Gino D’Acampo.
Danny said of the news: “[Cromwell] came from a slum, I come from a slum. Cromwell left the country at 14, I started acting at 14. He was a self-taught lawyer. I’m a self-taught actor.
“Cromwell had two daughters and a son. I’ve got two daughters and a son. Cromwell wrote his last letter to Henry VIII begging for his life, on July 24, which is my birthday… And I drink in the Anne Boleyn pub.”
Researchers on Who Do You Think You Are? also found links to a English Civil War Cavalier colonel and a present-day lord, who invited Danny to his castle for a cup of tea.
