KATIE Price has begged judges to “put me in prison” as she prepares to go back to court.
The ex glamour model, 45, has previously dodged jail for a string of driving offences and breaching a restraining order.
The mum of five was accused by a judge of thinking she was “above the law”.
She is due to be quizzed at a bankruptcy hearing next month over her £3.2million debts.
Katie said in a new interview: “I’ve been to court more times than I’ve had hot dinners lately. I am not scared of court anymore.
“I have said, ‘Can’t you just put me in prison just to cover it all? Just to be done with it.’

“I’m fed up with the reminders and why I’m in [court].
“I genuinely don’t care if I go to prison, because it’s done then.”
Katie was once worth £45million but was declared bankrupt in 2019.
But that failed to prevent her acquiring a £10,000 horse, going on a string of exotic holidays, and undergoing several cosmetic surgeries.

She now claims she could cash in following her release from jail if she is caged, so it would be a “win-win”.
Katie continued: “I love all the prison stuff and I can experience what it’s like in there.
“I could do a story when I come out of ‘me in prison’, and it’s a win-win situation isn’t it?
“It wouldn’t affect my job. I wouldn’t be in there long.”
Last month she failed to attend a remote hearing at a specialist insolvency and companies court on how she would repay her debt.
She has now been ordered to appear before a judge in London on September 14, where she is likely to give evidence.
But defiant Katie added on Michelle Visage’s Rule Breakers podcast: “If they keep threatening me, just do it. ‘If you do this you could go to prison.’ Just do it.”
Katie paid £1.3million for her West Sussex home nine years ago and it is now worth more than £2million.
Legal notices prevent her from selling the pad, which has featured in the Channel 4 series Katie Price’s Mucky Mansion.
Her creditors — including two lenders against the house — want their cash back, and trustees handling her bankruptcy have the power to sell her property to meet her debts.
On top of her financial woes, Katie has made several court appearances over driving offences.
In December 2021 she narrowly avoided jail after overturning her BMW near her home while disqualified and drunk at the wheel.
Katie was handed a 16-week suspended prison sentence and told to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work plus 20 rehab sessions.
District Judge Amanda Kelly told her at Crawley magistrates court: “Unlike you, not everyone has the luxury of putting themselves into the Priory clinic when their lives get hard.”
She called her driving record “absolutely appalling” and said her actions were “incredibly selfish”.
The judge continued: “When you chose to get behind the wheel that night you showed no concern for others. You could have killed somebody.
“Your actions meant the emergency services had to use up their precious time.
“You knowingly and deliberately flouted a court order and not for the first time. You seem to think you are above the law.”
Katie issued a grovelling apology after being sentenced, saying: “It’s been a really difficult time and I’m incredibly sorry for my actions. I’m sincerely grateful nobody was hurt.
“I realise the damage my actions could have caused, not only to another family, but to my own as well.”
However she was in trouble again weeks later after breaching a restraining order against Michelle Penticost — the wife of her ex- husband Kieran Hayler.
She had messaged Kieran: “Tell your c****** w***e, piece of s*** girlfriend not to start on me.
“She has a restraining order so shouldn’t try to antagonise me as she is in breach and I’m sure she doesn’t want people knowing that she was having an affair with you behind my back. That gutter s***.”
The reality star spent 12 hours in police custody following her arrest in January 2022.
She was later handed an 18-month community order with 150 hours of unpaid work — plus an additional 20 hours for breach of a suspended sentence for driving matters.
However Kieran and Michelle thought she should have been put in prison.
They said: “We are incredibly disappointed with the result of today’s court hearing.
“We feel a custodial sentence would have sent the right message to the public given the seriousness of Miss Price’s offending.”
Judge Stephen Mooney told Katie at Lewes crown court last June: “In my judgment, this offence was committed out of anger.
“The words you used were highly offensive and inflammatory so the breach cannot be considered minor.
“Balancing aggravating and mitigating factors, the appropriate sentence is a community order.”
Katie was one of the UK’s best known glamour models and raked in millions.
However she reportedly blew much of her cash on legal fees, surgery and shopping sprees.
